The Mekotek FLP 6009 Automatic Pipe Profile Fiber Laser is a high-speed machine designed for cutting pipes and profiles ranging from Ø10 mm to Ø90 mm—a process often referred to in the industry as “precision work.” If your business requires cutting thousands of parts a day—such as metal furniture, school desks, camping chairs, bicycle frames, or doormat handles—standard, bulky machines will slow you down. Cutting thin-walled profiles is difficult; if you clamp the chuck too tightly, the tube will be crushed and lose its shape. The FLP 6009’s pneumatic chucks, specially developed for these diameters, grip the material with jeweler’s precision. The cut is made without deforming the tube, scratching the surface, or leaving burrs, and the cut remains square. Since the cutting area is completely enclosed, your workshop stays clean. The cut pieces are so clean that your assembly line staff can send them directly to welding or painting without any additional cleaning.
