7-Ton Rock-Solid Body
This machine should not be confused with precision machines. Weighing approximately 7 metric tons, it makes its presence felt the moment it enters your workshop. Why is it so heavy? Because when turning heavy profiles up to 6 meters long and 220 millimeters in diameter at high speeds, the machine must not waver even by a millimeter. Thanks to this robust construction, there is no vibration even when cutting the thickest-walled profiles, and the surfaces come out smooth. The pneumatic chucks grip even rusty or misshapen pipes firmly and do not let go until the cut is complete.
Don’t Waste Time with a Saw and Drill
In the past, to prepare a chassis or structure, you would first cut the profile with a saw, then drill holes with a drill, and finally remove the burrs by grinding. This process was not only very time-consuming but also carried the risk of errors at every stage. With the FLP 6020, you can complete these three steps in a single operation. You feed the raw profile into the machine; it returns a part with pre-drilled holes, precisely cut to length, with chamfers machined, and ready for assembly.
